its because of the tfg islamic groups where fighting tfg since 2005 2006 and stilll are , they believe there are warlods in the government of sh dalxiis so its wrong for warlords to vote for islamic law , only shabaab can because shabaab is a gift from allah , wa ereyadii shabaaba
