Actually thats Togdheer second largest Hospital, the Largest is Burco General Hospital in Burco, it is twice the size of that one, even the New Manhal Hospital in BUrco has much more equipment then Buuhoodle hospital... When some one gets injured in Buuhoodle they mainnly take them to Burco, becuase there is not enough equipmnt and experienced staff in Daryeel Hospital...

horta the original manhal is in hargeisa so maaha

Liqaaye its the largest hospital in the whole of North, let alone Togdheer. Way larger than the hospitals in Burco.

Abdikarim... The manhal hospital is funded by a Kuwaiti NGO, the Biggest one is in Hargeisa, but there is a new Big one in Burco as well now, and they also just finished the one in Ceerigabo!!!

They had some egyptian doctors in buhodle but I hear its severely understaffed now...
