Lord,

Haji Yasin Jama is close relative of mine and I always stay in his Hotel Kaliminjaro, the hotel has been around for few years now but he bought the adjacent land and built an apartments. A fancy new resraurant is also one of his new ventures on the basement of one of his buildings.

The other big reer isaaq guy is Yusuf Cabdi, the guy who owns Bankog shoping, a relatively new shoping mall opposite Bankok and an airline company of which his eldest son is one of the pilot (he once showed me pictures of Hillary Clinton who once chartered the plane).

Kajiado which is located midway between Nairobi and Namaga also had sizeable Ogaden community. A lady who his from Dhagahbur is the most powerfull individual in the town, her two story house is next to the district commisioners house. I had a good time staying with her for a couple of night drinking fresh camel milk from some of her own camels which are reared not far away from the town.
