All we know is that it was named by a guy who made his mark all over the country with towns named after his intestinal problems.

I bet he ended his journey in Iskushuban town, where he realized that there was something seriously wrong with his azz.

Ceel Buur sounds ok...

About Garac Ku Dhal...Probably a girl got pregnant out of wedlock and then she had delivered the baby there and you know how people are so mean... Not only did they shame the girl but the whole...place...

What pisses me off is where is the guy who fathered the kid..He walks freely... The shame is only on the girl..

Lol, it's Garac-Lagu-Dhal actualy.
I just double checked so Kambuli's theory sounds quite realistic.

Dhuussamareb= the endless fart. If you have ever been there you will understand. The water is all from sulfur springs and you can smell the hydrogen sulphide for miles.

I rather like Ceel Buur. It means mountain well.

Iskushubaan is one of my favorite names. I always associate it with barwaaqo.

It was named after a fruit which grows out of that town which is known to produce unpleasant side effects.
