Not technically. For example if we do separate, puntland will go its own soo maaha! and yes puntland' creators/rulers and this very moment are Majeerteen, but there are many different qabil within puntland-same goes for somiland-though the tribe is isaaq are the main rulers, there are many different qabils who reside there-same goes for Ogadenia.
And over time the idea of qabilism will died down in these regions, once they recognise diverse qabils, and give each qabil a chance to lead that state.
I mean we can’t completely get rid of qabilism over night and that easily. It will take yrs, decades or even 100 of yrs. but if we each go our separate way and take responsibility for our people, our state, than there is a future for Somali people.
OR
We can just stay together-no matter try to solve the problem without seeking any recognition.

Puntland doesn't havethe slightest shot to even ask for independence.
SomaliLand does and they haven't got it for 18 years and will never get it.
We're stuck together whether we like it or not

surrender- there is no such thing as 1 somalia everybody got their government now - as long as its a failed state in xamar - there isnt such thing as 1 somalia - i dislike needy governments - if somaliland said they dont need somalia anymore then somalia should back off
