LOL. Na heedhe, ma traawiix baa waxooda. Three nights in a row ma sameeyn karono dee . There was a Dinner @ the hilton the first night, which was very uppidity and high class formal. The Convention center for shacabka iyo dadweeynaha....and caawana maamooyinka iyo dumarka ayaa loo tumaya with this dirac thing. I'm beat to be frank, lakiinse I went as fams wouldnt let me off the hook when it came to the planning and such. Its in high gear as we speak with buraanbur iyo music belo ka dhacday. lol. BTW, Maamada waa Reer Waqooyi so We're expecting hella SomaliLanders to rep The President of Puntland's wife. Thats diplomacy right there. I'd say expect Laas Caanood in la soo celinaayo come next week this time.

Somaliboqor, ka soo guur dry-ass (RAINY) Seattle nooh. I can see that its cramping ur style. lol. Our Mareexan brethren got Ohio on lock, but this city right here is Harti Haven. U'd fit right in nooh. lol. Nah, but i dunno if they are coming out there. They are said to be leaving tomorrow. Maybe back to DC?

Ismahan, impressive man indeed. You didn't go did you? Hell most of the people who went were non-puntlanders as well to see that TFG rep, and leaders from Somalia in general. The welcoming party quickly turned into something of an independence party cuz of the 07/01 thing.

Seattle is home, can't see myself living anywhere else. But inshallah I will visit MN one of these days, as I have more family there than I can actually count. Perhaps I will only fly into MN for huge events like these next time.

Faroole is on my good side as a Political figuare, and will continue to keep my eye on him.

ps: Seattle is very diverse qabil wise and I actually like that, but the face of the city wa Majeerteen as they own and run 75% of the Somali Business here if not more.

Yeah Advo, the 25,000 Somali boqor predicted was way off the mark. Of the all Somali celeberations I witnessed in Minnesota here is their order:

1-When Abdullahi Yusuf was chosen as president in 2004 Largest crowd ever
2-When Sheikh Sharif was chosen as President in 2009
3-The Ogaden Youth Network fund raising event: Impressive turn out, even though It cost 20 to get it. I wonder how it would have been if it was free
4-Faroole reception party in 2009.
5- Jubbas' arrival in Minnesota in 1995
6-Hassan Adan and Sahro Dawo in 2007
