I don't think Colonialism would have done anything to change us. There are countries in Africa that were colonized shorter then wewere and are perfectly functioning. So because it is only us Somalis that have reverted back to pre-colonialism state one can make the argument it is something about our culture that disdains statehood and not necessarily because we weren't colonized "long enough".
