well like i said the cities and lands are owned by HY and Warsangelis and they live there and building things there

Sanaag is owned by majority warsangeli 80%...10% isaaq 10% dhulos...sanaag is warsangeli state and if anyone wants me to bring facts i'll research it...el afweyn 10 000...maydh 5000 ppl....the areas isaaq inhabit they are not more then 5000-1000 population districts. And same goes for dhulbahante.
