Actually D&M hold power. Bay/Bakool imporant regions belong to them exlusively. In the south, even with the non minorities You have Gaaljecel, Xawaadle, Sheikhaal, Ogadeen, along with Marexaan, Raxanwein etc. The North is basically Issaq/Gedobursi (Somaliland) and Harti + other Daroods (Puntland) and thats it.
