but you can easily claim Burco has grown some 410 % since 1980s or more...

Its remarkable what that city has achieaved despite the central governments of hargeisa being quite careless all three administrations..
Moi dont know much about Burco, but the city has great potential no doubt about it, its Hargeisas twin city.

noilpoint... Burco has grown in size but not Financially, it hasnt changed since 1991, the reason being we are being controlled with the old somali shilling Gimbaar!!!! That has also caused all the rich reer burco have moved oout from Burco and started their Business in Hargeisa

Sxb ive seen some of the Sacad Muse land between Hargeisa and Gabiley they occupy the best landscape in northen somalia, their farms goes from Hargeisa all the way to Gabiley and even further...

Agabar was a dusty dry place stuck on the side of a wadi when I was there , there were like maybe 4 to five houses and a couple of huts .
I don't even recognise all those greeny spots , but the thing is , water is very near the surface in all these areas. I know it because with the help in logistic of some of our people in Djibouti we've brought pumps .
