General snm sahangalbeed is not from Somaliland technically he explained it very well he said he is an individual man and that he believe Somaliland is his country but he left because

At least as miss guided as these al-shababs are they are genuine and sincere about helping their people. These misguided youth assume they are doing the right thing. In their mind their actions are right because they are being adviced by people with limited knowledge of the religion. But the government and most of its supporters are aware what they have done or are doing is wrong, way u badhedhen.

You see two men both commit crimes but one was trying to do the right thing and ended up doing the wrong thing and they other had no interest in doing the right thing from the start....

You see this big guy beating this little guy, you get involved and end up fighting and beating the bigger guy. You see in this scenario your action to start with right but you ended up doing a wrong....

Lets get back to al-shabab, sxb its easy to blame everything wrong in somalia on them but what they have done in Kismayo show's they are genuine about somalia. They are beyond qabil and all the other cancerous things that have destroyed somalia.
As for your neighborhood they did not intend to kill any somalilanders but their aim was their (our enemy) ethoipia. If you get too close to a man in a fight dont be surprised if you get hit in the process, the best thing to do is distance yourself from both people..
