We're not copying other federal states, we're creating a Somali federal state. Getting 1/3 of all the financial, military and educational aid to the central government directly to Garowe is an even more cheeky demand than the at least one Puntland State official present at every meeting and delegation the central government will have with foreigners. And they agreed to that.

Somalia in a federal system will be a new game, and we're busy making the rules to our advantage and get a head start. The only other Somali group other than Majerten that understands this is are our neighbour Sacad weirdly enough and they're doing a good job at it too.

Nonsense there is no federal government today there is no central government this aid money you are talking about is the aid money that Somalia is getting to rebuild its capital and the entire country
No one will give Puntland any aid money before Somalia has a central government that’s stands on its own 2 feet.

Well that’s their fault puntland shouldn’t agreed with the 4.5 in 2004 and they should of said our parliamentarians will be named from puntland. Again it’s a mess , so today they cant say they don’t represent us who do the Darod parliamentarians in Mogadisho represent ? only merehan and ogaden these are the only 2 darod clans that dont live in puntland.

So how can you say i represent Puntland when Puntland doesnt acknowlegde you to as a representaive on behalf of them.
