Why are harti not fighting for kismayo????

I have been in to general section and there was a huge discussion between Mareexaan and ogadeen all of them claiming kismayo. Why are we not claiming our part, i am not saying kismayo is harti but harti has his part! I suggest that the puntland administraion gives 300 men to Morgan and within no time he will repacture kismayo

If they do that the harti will be all over the place: The tfg, puntland and kismayo. That will show that we are a stll big player in somalia and a force to be reckoned with
