Its also racism, a lot of them don't do that to their own women

I myself have been groped quite a few times. Its extremely rare here in the U.K (unless people are intoxiated in clubs ) you can be in the middle of the most crowded buses and wallahi no one absolutely NO ONE will ever fondle you, or squeeze your bum. God help you if you're in such a situation in wadamada Muslimka ah.Sexual harrassment is rife in those countries where men and women are segregated. This is because they view women & girls sadly as sexual curiosities, they feel them and prod them in short they are intrigued by them in a perverted sort of way. Believe it or not Hajjkana wuu ka dhacaa

I agree with the Haj comment. Not everyone there is on their first Haj or Cumra. So, it's understandable that some weaker men would not control themselves when a big hipped woman bends over in front of them (even if she's praying). Temptetion can be found anywhere. This brings me to your next point, the UK. It sounds to me like you have not yet experienced the delights of the London Underground. It's not just the 'men' that do it, even the women grope each other on that wretched thing.

By the way, this was not a fatwa, not yet anyway. There are still discussions about it and it may come to nothing in the end.

I've lived in LDN all my life and I've never heard of women feeling each other up on the tube

Crazy Cat Lady,
You must take one of the cheap lines then. This stuff happens in London Underground all the time. Just ask around and you will start hearing all manner of stories about the groping that takes place in rush hour. Better still, take a full train during rush hour. I give you one week before a woman squeezes your bottom (the men, of course, will do it within the first ten seconds).

Hmm maybe I'm completely repulsive cos I take the tube a lot during rush hour and I've never been groped, by a man or a woman :|

No ES I am not kidding. It happens all the time.

Crazy Cat, repulsive has nothing to do with it. If you have a bottom, they'll grope it. Heck, I can't count the times I got groped by various women in the years I've been using the tube. I actually remember being with a female co-worker once. The carriage was very crowded and she was leaning against my arm with a woman standing behind her. My co-worker's face kept going redder and redder as the journey continued. I, being a fully functional male, thought it was my deadly phermones doing their thing.

When we got off the train, she pointed to the woman behind her and whispered to me that she was squeezing her bottom and feeling up her breasts throughout the journey. To my shame, I found the whole thing highly erotic.

It is better in some ways. It is not that strict, but there is segregation nonetheless. Same with Egypt. No socialization between young boys & girls. What is the wisdom behind segregating them in schools? Little boys and girls should be playing with each other, befriending each other..this will ensure that in future when they are adults they will not abuse each other.

Look at this video about Egypt. Sisters learning Karate to fend off perverts.

Crazy I know my pakistani friends tell me about it all the time.

ES

Lol, that didnt happen to me but a friend of mine who was getting married in Syria had an encounter with a tailor who groped her breast, she was shocked and left. Egypt has become superficially religious in the last 30 years and an unhealthy attitude towards women has developed. A woman without hijab and a knee length skirt would not have been harrassed thirty years ago.
