Has Somaliland ever considered taking its full name (British Somaliland) and becoming a common wealth of Great Britain? Somaliland would have received a lot of development aid and everything would essentially be built for it. Somaliland would also have the distinction of being the only country in the world that completely goes back to the colonial era and at the same time benefits from it.
