Giant walls with towers should be built around its perimeter.

All individuals with paternal roots from Galgaduud, Mudug, Bari, Waqooyi, Galbeed should automatically be denied entry. In a few years, I will gurantee this region surpassing that of many regions in the horn. Some of the best farm lands, some of the best fishing region, the best & the most hard working of Somalia will be running it. Somalia is long over-due for a revolution.
