Well, first, the United States is a paper tiger, not real power. How can it be the most powerful state when it sends several warplanes to bomb (with 1000-10,000 lbs bombs) a few insurgents? Second, Al-Shabaab are on the steps of becoming a superpower, insha'Allah. Even the United States didn't start its existence as a superpower.
