I dont think so Cool, mogadishu looked nice even before the Italians, markas xata there was more than 1 xafad built and looking beautiful!

I've seen several pictures with the italian rule and it looked beautiful and I've seen videos of mogadishu in the 1960's and it looked lovely and beautiful.

If I'm being honest I don't think there was huge changes done under Somali rule vs Italian rule, not that I'm biggin-up cadaan rule. In the end it was 'reer mogadishu' who built that, it was 'reer moqadishu' who made it a city of 'wonder' I don't need the italians to tell me this. Ibn Battuta said it long time ago.

Very true! Somalis and Somalia would become so great if they had peace and loved each other because they are all muslims. They can do great things, but they can't work together and for country to exist you need that.
