Can someone explain what she is talking about, I know she is angry about someone smoking at the train station, but she is taking it to the next level, speaking Jamaican dailect, don't get it.

Man the funniest one I have seen was in Ethiopia .
We were all in line at the immigration office , when this Jamaican old lady who was standing behind me , started all of a sudden cursing out the ethiopian officer behind his desk .
They didn't know what to do . They've taken her aside in an office and got her stuff cleared out before the rest of us

Someone was smoking in the station next to her when there is a sign that clearly states NO SMOKING!
