Only Allah swt knows sis. Allahu aclam. If a Hadd punishment is carried out on a person, they're forgiven for that particular sin. But Allah swt knows their final fate.

Also sis, fornication is lashes. If someone who is married commits adultery then they're to be stoned to death according to Shariah, but 4 witnesses must come forward for it to be carried out.

Like I said, repentance is important. If one repents they start with a clean slate, provided they don't return to the sin again.
