If anything it is a somali gene, since we have it the most frequently. And just because you have a percentage of the J haplogroup it doesnt qualify you as an arab, otherwise afghans, pakis, iranians, kurds etc are all arabs.

War, I know it isn't an 'Oromo gene'. It's found in the f-king Balkans, I'm saying it's likely that you're of direct Oromo descent if you get e1b1b. It isn't a 'Somali' gene, they did a selective test on diaspora members probably from the same clan. To get real statistics you'd need to do a regional/clan-based test. I heard the test the current stats are based on was done mostly on Eelay in Sweden.

J2 is solely Arab.
