those lands come under the rule of al shabaab and those ngos have not been given the permission to operate there by al shabab. they were there illegally and therefore alshabaab is allowed to confiscate all their properties for illegally operating there and breaking the laws of the al shabaab administration in control of the region. if i start a business in the u.s today without registering it without the local government, i would be breaking a law and would be punished as seen fit by that local government. no difference. u can call it stealing, al shabaab can call enforcing the laws and punishing those who violate them.

Stop right there. They have been given permission, but with 11 rules issued a while back, remember?
Aid organizations “should distance [themselves] from anything that will affect proper Islamic culture … like promoting adultery and establishing women’s groups,” said the document obtained by AFP.
World Women’s Day is singled out along with Christmas and World Aids Day as proscribed celebrations, while “preaching democracy” is also listed as a value “interfering with Islam” that should be banned.
The Al-Shabaab also reiterated a ban on alcohol and movies and also insisted that all humanitarian organizations’ logos should be removed from vehicles and all flags be taken down.
This was an act of theivery and betrayal, I dont have to remind you that stealing is haram but this hadith is relevant to the case.
Al-Sarkhasi (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: It is not right for a Muslim who is on peaceful terms with them to betray them, because betrayal is haraam. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Every betrayer will have a banner by his backside on the Day of Resurrection, by which his betrayal will be known.”

Not all stealing is haraam according to Islam. Stealing from your enemies is permitted. There is a whole sura in the Quran talking about War Booty. After the Hijra, Muslims sustained themselves by raiding Meccan caravans.

Everything I said was already, at one point or another, said in this forum. So, what exactly are you objecting to?

Surah Al-Anfal (War Booty) is part of the Quran. Are you denying the Quran?

Prophet Mohammed himself participated in several Ghazwas whose ostensible purpose was to raid Meccan caravans. Mohammed got one fifth of the loot. Are you denying the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH)?

Like I said, you're either dangerously flirting with Kufr because of ignorance or you're closet Murtad.
