If the conflict was restricted to Yemen I would have to agree with you. But the Yemeni leader has cleverly managed to drag Iran and Saudi Arabia into the fight. The Houthis recently attacked and occupied a border town in Saudi Arabia, the Saudis retaliated by bombing the Houthi mountains. The last thing Saudi Arabia needs is a Shia rebel group next door.
