Re: Stoning to Death
what they dont understand is, quran we reading today was narratored by sahabah who are also in the chain of narrations for ahadith and for questioning or rejecting ahadith in which the same sahabah are narrators.
then they rejecting same narrators who compile the quran in the form of a mushaf we have it today.

What about the idea of ijtihad, some say only qualified scholars are able to do so, others say a any muslim can apply their intellect to deduce the essence of the Quran and SunnahWarsan_Star_Muslimah wrote:However, NEVER NEVER apply your own reasoning to ISLAM. NEVER do this. Don't find excuse for the laws of Allah swt, this is dangerous. Your are commanded to follow, so Khalas, follow!

assalamu aleykum,
you will find most of the heretics in this age beleive in Islaam as long as the majority(who happen to be kufar) are happy with it, as soon as the huduud ie the punishments prescribed by sharica are mentioned. you will find them coming out to please the kufaar. They will make statements like ' this is not from islam' etc.. or its not mentioned in the Quran , or the hadeeth are not accurate etc..
{“Say: ‘If you truly love Allah, follow me, and Allah will Love you…’”}”

MR Yungfresh...do not misquote me...when did I say the Quran said to follow the Quran alone? You made an entire post refuting something which I do not even deny?
And the rest of you are making the same point...I dont disagree with hadith, nor do I reject them...you keep talking about how do I know how to pray etc...I already told you FROM THE HADITH...yet because of your inability to comprehend the slightest iota of independant thought...you all come close to putting takfir ("Gaalnimo baad u dhoowdahey") on me.
Hyper..who says the Asxaaba are doubted? How many people are before the asxaba in these chains? This knee jerk reaction to things is why Snetters will never be able to debate, they miscontrue peoples statements so that they can make a cheap point to feel good about themselves.

Re: Stoning to Death
allah said on hes holy quran
even people who claime quran says stone people for zinaa they make up and try even change quran and claime there were forgeten verse aayah about stoning
allah does not forget. subxaana wataacaala and quran is 1000% complete. there were never a forgeten stoning aayah.
stoning is from bibel not from quran-. we have to fellow quran and those hadiiths which are not contradicting quran

then if you come up whit hadiith which contradics what allah said, so that hadiith is absolutly a false one.Surah An-Nur, verse 2, it says,” The woman and man guilty of adultery or fornication-flog each of them with a hundred stripes: let not compassion move you in their case, in a matter prescribed by Allah, if ye believe in Allah and the last day: and let a party of believers witness their punishment”.

Re: Stoning to Death
Is there are lots of koranic Muslims here but With out the hadith , islam is not complete , Stoning of people who commit adultery can only be done where there is a sharia law and today speaking there is not one country that follow the sharia law , how it should be.
The problem with hadith is , its about I heard hebel saying hebel heard hebel saying that hebel heard the prophet saying , how sure can you be if its truly the words of our messenger , one thing is for sure The Quran there is no doubt about it no one can discuss about it all the hadiths where collected a few century’s after the prophet by imam bukhari The problem with hadith is they where collected way after the prophet passed away.
But allah knows the best.

emp, that's why we have hadeeth science and there is cateria to clerify the chains of ahadeths,
mesha qof walba lagama ra'ayo. people used to travela months and years to get who naroted such hadeeth. and they used to disgard many ahadeths becouse the person's attatude and they couldnt take it from him.

Hyper, even with the last statement you just made...can you not see that there is room for human error? People are not perfect, the hadith were collected by sincere men, but at the end of the day if the Xikma behind a Hadith did not come from Allah who is perfect, we cannot assume it was correct just because the people in between the narrators were sincere.
Re: Stoning to Death
And the servants of the Beneficent) are those who do not invoke another god with Allah, and who do not…commit fornication/adultery, for whoever does that shall receive the penalty; for him shall the torment be doubled on the day of resurrection, and therein he shall abide forever, disgraced, save him who repents and believes and does good works; those, Allah shall change their misdeeds into good works. And Allah is Forgiving, Compassionate) (Al-Furqan: 68-70).
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “Whoever guarantees me that he will guard his chastity, I will guarantee him Paradise” (Al-Bukhari).
Abu Hurayrah reports that the Messenger of Allah said, “No one commits adultery while still remaining a believer, for faith is more precious unto Allah than such an evil act!” In another version, it is stated, “When a person commits adultery he casts away from his neck the bond that ties him to Islam; if, however, he repents, Allah will accept his repentance” (Al-Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawud, An-Nisa’i and others).
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) further said: “[Under Islamic laws in an Islamic state] It is not lawful to shed the blood of a Muslim except for one of three sins: a married person committing fornication, and in just retribution for premeditated murder, and [for sin of treason involving] a person renouncing Islam, and thus leaving the community [to join the enemy camp in order to wage war against the faithful].” (Al-Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, and An-Nasa’i)
“There are three types of sinners that Allah will not speak to on the Day of Resurrection; neither He will purify them nor will He even look at them; rather they will suffer severe punishment: an older person who commits adultery, a king or ruler who lies to his subjects, and a poor person who acts arrogantly!” (Muslim and An-Nasa’i)
“There are seven categories of people who will be granted protection under the shade of Allah on the Day when there is no other shade;… among them is a young person who is seduced by a woman of great beauty and wealth and yet he rejected her advances saying ‘I fear Allah!’” (Al-Bukhari and Muslim)
Diintu muran ma gasho dadow....if you cant be faithful dont get married at all.
