Does this worry you as we are in a country with no government system, no health care, clinics, hospitals, border controls and patrols, immigration officers, routine check-ups, public health, health awareness, and with no adequate doctors, nurses, local and state governments, and no concerns about the future? Not just the health of the nation but the health status of the people itself. What do you think about border states/gobols and surrounding areas (some areas have unofficial rates of 3% and above), what about infected immigrants like the xabashis and oromos in boosaso and hargeysa. What about the people of the Diaspora, the returnees, the refugees, and dhaqan celis that are returned to Somalia. I think we will see steep rise of this epidemic in an apocalyptic way in the near future. The greatest thing Somalis have to worry about is not the next administration taking over or the next qabil but the total decimation of the Somali people by diseases like these and other transmitted ones. I always new Somalis were fighting the wrong war, but how long will it take to redirect them.

I highly doubt that people that marry get aids from their spouses, they do exist but chances of that happening is really small (as in 0,00000001%). Most of the people walking around with HIV in Somalia are whores who sleep around and whore hoppers who use them

sxb sleeping around in somali is not as uncommon as you think. i am just saying somalis wouldnt probably be having a government for at least another 20 years, with 3% infection rate around bordering areas, multiply that by how many times they spread the shid and by the time we figure stuff out we will be fighting for the post with either kenya or uganda. if kenya couldnt put a bottle on this cap i dont know how somalia can with chaos.

True but Somalis have transgressed beyond the strict boundaries set by our religion. AIDS will definitely be a problem in Somalia because of the Somalis in Nairobi.

most of the aids comes from kenya. Somalis contract the disease there and go to somalia to die. But others just have no idea about their status, and just go to somalia to marry. And we all know, somalis are the biggest denial of all races. Everything ---waa aalaaf!

Dang Cadeey! That's one serious habaar to which I concur, anyone engaged in such infedilities is really asking for it. My heart goes to those poor unsuspecting woman (and subsequent children) indeed numerous checkings must be done on both parties as a neccessary precaution.
