It depends on your method of chewing.

If you have fizzy drinks with it then it's only normal for you to become dehydrated the following day. However, if you consume large amounts of cold mineral water and the occasional tea, you will feel as fresh as Outkast the following morning. If you really feel the urge to have a fizzy drink (sprite being the most popular and effective drink) with your chewing session, may i suggest not to drink more than a can of sprite. After every sip of sprite, flush it down with cold water. This will help maintain the balance and water will not give you that bloated feeling.

Finally, have some cold caano at the end of your session and 4 or 5 hotwings the following day, the spicier the better.

Ps: Never chew on an empty stomach.
