Farah & Halimo

I have a very simple question and I am bit curious about it, when posters here want to refer to a guy they mention him as a Farah and to a woman as a Halimo...what ever happened to the terms of Adam & Hawa? :)

We are Somali. Farah is about as Somali as you can get. P.S. ADam and Hawa are revered ancestors and can not be ridiculed.

Well, both Farah & Halima are arabic names, so if we wanted it to be pure Somali we should instead use Warsame and Warsan or something along that line :lol: ...anyhow thanks.

I started referring Farahs and Halimos back 98 here in somalinet forum! i guess i set the trend! :roll: :clap:
