Good advice SKIPPA! Are you by any means in the medical field? Are you aiming for a career in the medical field? You sound to be well-informed on medical related subjects. I remember back when you explained very well the causes and the reasons of the black people with the blue eyes.

As for Prostate cancer, it always reminds me of uncle in San Diego. True story:
I went with him to his doctor to translate for him. He speaks good English but sometimes he gets mad and frustrated if he doesn't understand what the other person is saying in English. And once that happens his favorite word is "Shiiid".

Anyways, I went wit him for his appointment and the doctor wanted to to check him PSA. The doctor put a glove and asked him to tend over, lower his pants, and bent. Looking very surprised at the doctor, he asked me what he is talking about. Remember he speask good English. I told him in plain and simple Somali, "Adeer sii jeedso, surwaalka hoos u dhig, jilbahana qabso". I will never forget that day. He said "Walee inaan taa ka yeelin ee meesha inaga keen, waaba futada qaawiso oo gaal cadaan ah u sii jeedso. Maxaad ka ogtahay wuxuu ku galin"

Even though my uncle is a former Somali National Army officer who has been to many countries but yet sometimes he acts like he just came from Baadiye. Walaaahay that was the last time he saw that doctor as he switched to this Arab doctor. And I am not even sure if he ever has that test done since. Not only has he not been to that doctor, who is a very good doctor, he also convinced some of his friends not go to that doctor. He tells his friends "Ninkii doonaya far-dheer in futada laga galiyo, dhaqtarkaas ha aado".
