What some of you people are talking about now is"True Success"and this topic is not about Greed and Materialism or Debating what True success is. You guys can go in that direction if you like........

This topic is about women and the issues that they deal with.{men}

There are different types of success. The type of success this thread is talking about is a woman's Academic success or Financial Success($) or both. And we can all see how some of guys feel about that.. Women want a good education and increased income . And have the ability to achieve it. And? why would people be against that?

Show me where I said anyone must work 40 hours with children. . My post was about ladies having options , time-management and how to make room for work. If you look closely my suggestions even kind of look more like part-time work then full time 40hrs. I also disagreed with other peoples definition of a 'successful women'' which equates to working 40 hours. I've said this on forum before and i'll say it again, women should work even if it's three hours a week. with kids or without kids. 3 hours week or 50 hours week. With one child or 6 children. Married or single. I'm just believe a women should work throughout her years, if she can!!!!! In my opinion.Especially if they have an education or skills that they have heavily invested their time or money in. Why should women do this? It provides more security for the family if the main source of income disappears. Basically for herself ,husband and kids.

Just to make it clear working 40 hours with YOUNG children doesn't sound like a good idea.
