SNM liberated northern cities later on that year declared independance. ( Somaliland ) So the government fell the faqash fell and tried to run the country from gedo but nobody was having it. Hutu animals took over the capital manged to transform the place from decent to third world disaster.

The outcome:

Hutu's : been killing themselves for 18 years.

Marehan's : No politcal importance nor do they have a regional government gedo and other settlements are one of the least develped regions in Somalia.

Dhulbahnate : Forever known as snitchs and followers still doing what they do best. Following and Occasionally snitching. Politically Dhulbahante politicians have worked for both and currently working in both somaliland & puntland admins. Occasionally dismissed. Which brings them to thier current state limbo.

Majerteen: Victories, Targeted by the regime and envied by other darood. Created Puntland regional state.
