I can't believe Somalia is at Number 19! 19th worst. I thought it would be 2nd or worse 1st. :|

Countries before Somalia:

Afghanistan; Zambia; Nigeria, Burundi; Mozambique; Mali; Guinea Bissau; Guinea; Equatorial Guinea; Chad; Cameroon; Angola. etc

Very sad as they are mostly African countries, yet are rich with resources.

not bad for a country that seem to be going downhill. but have anyone have you notice Somalia along with the US are the only two countries in the world that didnt sign the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child treaty. why i wonder? why Somalia & USA are the only countries outside the treatY? i can guess why Somalia is not part of the treaty but why the US? :?
