Somali managed construction Project in Tanzania
Its a Public company listed in Sudan and Kenya but the board of directors and senior management are Somali
I believe that they are also investing their own funds into these projects

My connect at the Central Bank tells me that the property market is cooling down and in for a correction. I suggest you lay low and wait.

True, If you know the right people in govt its not too bad, Somalis in TZ are well connected, plus a bit of bribery helps

Yes, but they can flip the script on you very quick especially if you are a Skinny. Just ask about what happened in the early 1980s under Nyerere, Skinnies, Hindi and others faced serious economic restrictions.
I personally wouldn't invest millions in fixed assets in TZ when I can do the same in Kenya where a foreign investors rights are more adequately protected.
