My last visit to Somalia, I learned something new. Ragbaa markay gabartu/gabadhu diido ka dhex hadla. : Seriously, it was a topic back in Somalia in many different places. Gabadhii baa soo dhacaysa, sheekh baa loo yeeri waxaa la oran bal gabartaan ka cuudi waxa haya. Sheekhii diin fara badan buu saari, hadhowbaa niman ka dhex hadlayaan gabadhii. Waxay ugu darnayd markii gabadh la qabo ay soo dhacday oo markii laga cuudiyey ay niman badani ka dhex hadleen. Raggii kale waa ka baxeen laakiin mid yar oo gaadhi/gaari daba ka fuul amaba krishbooy ninba suu u yaqaano baa ka bixi waayey. Markii la saaraba waa kan. Ninkii gabadha qabay baa la hadlay oo yiri waar gabadha iiga bax. Wuxuu ku jawaabey ma kaaga baxaayo ilaa aad ii furtid. Ninkii gabadha qabay waa xanaaqay oo wuxuu yiri ..... laakiin yarkii waa tegi waayey. Waxaan wadankii ka imi gabadhii oo sidii looga cuudinayo yarkiina hadba soo noqonayo oo bixi waayey.

What really made me wander was when this girl started falling ill and no doctor could treat her illness, her family started contacting one of the Shiekhs and he started his work and suddently this married guy with two wives started talking inside the lady. When the news reached the guy whom was talking inside the girl, he got very upset that he took a gun and claimed that if the girl don't stop bringing him into the picture, he would shoot her. Every body was telling him that the girl was ill and nobody is sure if it is a lie or not. The guy threatened the ladies' family and they took her to other towns. Not sure if the lady was still sick and if the guy was still talking inside the lady.

So to the Somali sisters in SNET, stay cool with the Somali brothers who honestly show interest in you; otherwise, some Somali guys baa idinka dhex hadli oo hadba waa soo dhacayseen Istaqfuruallah (may Allah not make it happen) but it is a possibility. Please don't take that I have bad wishes in you but if it was happening back home, then it could happen in the diaspora also.

Please also don't assume I will be talking inside in either one of you but watch out other guys in the forum. If they show any interest in you and you push them back so hard that you broke their hearts, you may fall ill and suddenly you may need a Sheekh oo idinka cuudiyo.
