I know that. I have a Gadabursi friend that lived in Jabuti for a long time. He says the Issa cultural traditions are exact match of the Abgaal, from the way they herd their livestock to their cultural ceremonies. Even within Mudulood, the departure of the Issa from the rest of the Mudulood clan is an enduring tale that is often repeated. I knew Issa before Jabuti, real talk. There is another Abgaal subclan that also left and became assimilated within the D&M.

I dont Know about Cultural tradition's of the South but the Issa Live in some of the most harshest Places in the Horn and are, were always at War with Anfar, Oromo and other Habesha and thus always carry a Dagger with them. Carefull though not all Issa are Abgaal just the Mamsan.

Xeebjire and Ali Ganuun are both subclans of the Habar Cafaan, but in the Habar Cafaan there are some clans which are "soo raac" meaning it was a confederation of Xeebjire which was originally Sheeikhaal and Ali Ganuun which was originally Ogaden and the smaller Samaroon clans like Celi, Subeer, Yessif etc. Reer nuur are Samaroon, from the Nuur Yuunis Makaahiil Makador Samaron. Reer Nuur is amongst the most powerful clans in Galbeed region
