The answer is probably no, because breasts and testicles are not anatomically the same. Breasts are surrounded by fat tissue which provides much cushioning and protection, with the exception of the thoracic artery which delivers blood to the breasts, and the network of ducts that are intended to provide optimum distribution of milk to an infant, breasts are mostly made up of fat. Testicles on the other hand are inside of a thin layer of skin that stretches from the lower abdomen called scrotum. There is virtually no fat to provide cushioning or protection, instead what you have is soft tissue, nerves, endocrine ducts, etc.

I'm sure women do feel pain if hit in the torso, but probably not to the same scale as men when kicked in the groin.

Guys the reason why I asked this question because there was an incident where by accident i kicked a ball at a girl which hit her on the chest and she felt to the ground holding that area of her body and screaming''hoogayeeeeey'' then as a revenge after getting up tried to kick me in the balls. I said to her if you must get a revenge, do what i've done that is kick the ball on my chest then she said it is not the same, hence this argument about what is more painfull started. some saying they both equally painfull. I disagreed and so that is why i had to ask your opinion.
