guys, I am in Bosaso and this is not how things happened. Just email codka nabada radio and ask them for their transcript relating to this incident. They interviewed the mother, aunt and the grand mother of the child as well as the police and others who found the kid. The child being dragged by a large animal was found by telecom employees outside of the city. Then they went to a nearby prison to alert officers, who shot the animal and took the child to Bosaso Police. He was badly eaten according to eye witnesses and even his own parents. His mother was asked if she opened him up and saw that the organs were missing. Her answer was "no, but the chest collapsed inwards and that's how we determined". She is in a recorded interview. It collapsed because the boy was dead for days and wild animals torn him apart and ate everything they could.

When the kid was found he was being dragged by a large animal by what's left of his leg. He was eaten real bad and his arms and legs did not have any flesh left on them. just bones. His torso was also badly eaten. The police threatened to exhume the body to show the media but his mother refused it. Just try to get codka nabada's transcript and be the judge. I listened everything on a local radio and I concluded the kid died of thirst or other natural cause before this animal started eating him.

He had a fight with his mother on Thursday before Eid and ran away. His aunt said he was mentally challenged but his mother said although he had some condition from birth he was not retarded.

i fogot to add that I never heard of the name of the animal in the story before so I asked some1 who said it is like a hyena. I asked whether this particular animal is capable of eating a grown man and he said yes, they work in a pack and attack their prey from all sides.

That is sad, the kid run away because his mother couldn't buy him Ciid clothes like other kids. and he run away and found his body, how heart breaking for the mother.

iron, no she bought him Eid stuff but he demanded to wear his new clothes the day before Eid, Thursday and the mother said no. It is a very sad story.
