How can a guy carry a naked woman's picture as an Avatar?

I don't know how some people think but how can a guy carry a naked woman's photo as an avatar? In my world, there is definitely something wrong with that image and what this person is trying to project. For me, if I want to show an image in there, I would only show my photo or the photo of Somali hero but this guy is carrying a naked woman's photo as an avatar? Bro FAH1223, we questioned him several times and he was proud of it, so it is something people have to debate about it here. I mean how can a guy carry a naked woman as an avatar? Is that normal to some people? For me, it is way out of the norm. If majority of the people reject it, it is something he needs to take notice and change it.
