firstly, there is no such thing as 'gabilay province' thers only a town but not a gobol. according to the official map of state somalia we got 18 provinces nd i dont see any one named gabily,salel,saaxil or any other fake gobol u guys put on your fictional maps.

secondly as for the population of gabiley, the voters registered in what u call gabiley province was around 50 000 or so if im not mistaken and in awdal i think 80 000. now when we say gabily was 50 thousand then that means this is the maximum number of voters this town can ever have, unlike Awdal where those 80 thousand are not representing the entire population because we all know Awdal isn't like gabilay or toogdheer or galbeed where the entire population are pro somaliland and feel obligated to vote and not all the awdalites have participated in the latest elections or the one before. same thing goes for Sool and sanag.
the numbers came out of those 3 provinces do not represent the total population. so voter registration cannot be counted as a population census sxb.
