there was a war after the elections small skimirsh war bintiland was chased away all the way thats why somaliland runs it now ,bintiland tried to attack it but after the election allready happened

Emperor, Elections happened in Badhan but not Dhahar that is where Puntland took over before the election happened and the ballot boxes were returned. It also didn't happen in Las Qoray and Hadaftimo. In Sool the only dhulbahante degaan that elections happened was las anod, Kalabadh, Xudun,Taleex,Boocame no elections took place and buuhodle. I was there for the elections, and was alarmed at the number of ballot boxes which were retuned.

No election took place in Hudun, Taleex, and Boocame. I was there when the electon was taking place in other regions and no election took place in Nugaal Godan.
