Since you can't quote properly I thought I take it upon myself to assist you in fixing this little problem.

1. Click on User Control Panel <----If you need help locating that let me know.
2. Then click on Board Preferences
3. Then click on Edit Posting Defaults
4. Then click on Enable BBcode By Default

And finally click on Sumbit to save the settings. That should resolve your quoting problem.
