Lets have a civil discussion on Puntland's new aviation package.

The only definition we have is that its small aircraft, and an earlier leak from an editorial leads me to believe its helicopters. Do you think we might be getting light attack choppers, it is Somalia after all, you can't chase "pirates" who have RPGs with unarmed helicopters.

Armed helicopters would be great. lets hope the arsenal build up continues. and of course its for fighting pirates incase our good neighbors think we have other intentions
