Actually your words were very clear. I'm not jumping to conclusions, if I am incorrect, it is because you have misstated what you meant, not that I have jumped to the wrong conclusion.

I think calling clan based group mujahidiin falls under mockery of the religion. Eventhough some were fighting to defend their family/region and defending your family and your honor falls under Jihaad.

Your assuming that I said you lack purity, which is an example of 'jumping the gun', you may have gone a little astray but your intentions are good, just like other jihad claimants. May Allah guide you and distance you from the accursed sect.

Darood and abgaal are not apostates, but the ppl who followed marx, lenin and stalin were.

It is, fighting a transgressor is Jihad. The hadeeth didn't specify the religious background so it's general.

1354. Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Whom do you reckon to be martyr amongst you?'' The Companions replied: "The one who is killed in Allah's way.'' He said, "In that case, the martyrs among my people would be few.'' The Companions asked: "O Messenger of Allah! Then who are the martyrs?'' He replied, "He who is killed in the way of Allah is a martyr; he who dies naturally in the Cause of Allah is a martyr; he who dies of plague is a martyr; and he who dies of a belly disease is a martyr; and he who is drowned is a martyr.''

I am not learned enough to say, but from all the scholars who I've ever heard talk about Jihad, fighting amongst Muslims is fitna. And Jihad is a fight against no Muslims for the cause of Allah. not even for this worldly matter.
