Farmaajo & Federal States around the world meeting in Addis

Post by XimanJaale »

Addis Ababa,

This meeting is a step forward to establish a constitution for Somalia, that works in a federal type of country. Somalia since 2004 decided to turn Somalia into a federal government which is a good thing. However now that the TFG is ending soon, the PM and the federal minister has to, establish and enforce the new constitution for Somalia before Aug, 2011. This meeting is between countries with federal type of government so that, the Federal minister of Farmaajo's cabinet, take ideas and examples from these countries.

Wafdi ballaaran ee u hogaaminaayo Wasiirka 1aad ee Xukuumadda Somaliya ayaa maalintii labaad waxa uu ku sugan yahay Xarunta Dalka Ethopia Ee Adds Ababa Asaga oo ka qayb galaya Shair Caalami ah oo ay ka qayv qaadanayaan in kabadan 70 Dal oo ah Dowladaha Federaalka Ku dhaqma.

R/wasaara kuxigeenka Ahna wasiirka Arrimaha Dibadda Somaliya Mudane maxamed C/llaaho Oomaar ayaa Raadio Muqdisho uga warbixiyay Shirkas wuxuuna sheegay in Ay ka qaby galayaan Shirkaas caalamiga ah oo looga ahdlaayo rrimaha federaalka, Wasiirka ayaa sheegay in wadamo fara badan oo caalamka ah ay joogaan oo ay ka mid yihiin Mareykanka, Hindiya iyo Wadamo kale oo caalamka ka tirsan,

Shairkaan ayaa waxaa lagu qabtay markii ugu horeysay Dalka Ethopia oo ka mid ah wadamada federaalka ku dhaqma, Shirkaan ayaa waxaa la filayaa in ay ka soo baxaan Dhamaadkiisa Qodobo muhiim u noqon doonaa Dowladaha ku dhaqamka habka federaalka.

XimanJaale, federalism is not ideal for Somalia. Small country with one ethnic group needs a central government. Federalism is just a way to make our divisions permanent. Fvck federalism. Federalism in Somalia is a habesha idea promoted by Puntland on behalf of their masters.

If we have a central government like back in the days. Take Siad Barre's government, it done so much things, but many people thought they were being ignored hence caused the civil war. So atleast the Federal government everybody gets their share and won't complain. There will still a central government but individual regions will have power aswell.

So do you think he is going to learn something from Ethiopia?

I mean one region Tigray ruling other states through porxy and embezzling funds of other regions while marginalising others.

What difference will him speaking to Bantu's with little interest in Somalia do for the innocent masses suffering in Somalia? Rather than borrowing Sheikh Dalxis free air miles he should be going to his home town Gedo and speaking to its leader Ina Godane.

Him meeting the Ethiopian/Rwandan/Uganda president is not neccessary.
