If we built massive ghettos and housing projects in Somalia do you think all of the multi-generational welfare babies would move back home?

I like those houses closer in the picture. African countries should be building suburbs not apartments

I agree what's the point of biulding flats when you have such mass of land where great suburbs can pop out.
