You must be retarded.
I don't know about Sanaag and Galguduud to be honest, but there's no way Bay is going to beat Jubbada Hoose. Game 1 will probably be close, but Jubbada Hoose is going to destroy Bay.

This is the closest Puntland regions will ever get to win a tournament competed by all Somali regions. The word on the street is that many of the players aren't actually from the regions they are representing. BUT all that matters is the good will of Puntland!!! Well done again!!!
The soccer powerhouse of Somali regions are as follows and will be like that for years to come:
J/hoose
Banaadir
W/Galbeed
Sh/Hoose
Bay
Sh/Dhexe
Hiiraan
Togdheer
Times have changed. While the southern kids have been ducking from grenades for 20 years and worrying about survival, kids in Sool, Nugaal, Bari, Mudug, and Sanaag have been playing soccer and attending school, being coached and so on. They are healthier and generally better fit athletes, that's why Puntland teams like Bari and Nugaal are dominating with huge leads and that's why teams like Mudug are competing against the famous Benadir. This is not the 1980s, the people who lived in the south don't live there anymore and the conditions aren't the same.
