
The military court of Somalis transitional federal government that has already sentenced 3 soldiers to death after they had killed 3 other people including government forces have been shot down in Mogadishu on Saturday morning , official said.
The killing was executed with 3government soldiers who killed 3 people including 2 government forces and the military court sentenced them to death last year, court chair person, Hassan Mohamed Hussein nicknamed Mun-gab told reporters early this morning.
“These were murders and 2 of them killed government soldiers while the other one also killed a bus-driver at KM4 in the capital Mogadishu and the military court assured their cases well and decided to shoot them today 15th January”, Mun-gab said, the court president.
The killed soldiers were named: A/asis Muhudin Ga’al, Antob Arabow Adow and Mowlid Mohamed Hussein.
The president of the Somali army court, Hassan Mohamed Husein warned government soldiers not to harm innocent civilians and themselves also calling them for to use the guns to the assigned area and keep them close the save-open buttons of their guns.
Mungab urged government forces to their discipline and if complaints among them, they should report to their officers but not answer with killing.
