I remember this song when we were leaving Xamar
In 1989, we were on our way to Nairobi. We went past Gedo first, and I remember this song in the car, everytime I listen to this I remember that day.
What a memory!

Why would you leave Xamar back in 1989? I thought it was stable?
Did you knew, what others knew not?

Because my father worked for Kacaanka and like all the marexaan's we knew and Siad Barre himself adviced his toll to leave Xamar all Marexaans in Xamar knew that the government would collapse and we all took our valuables before it started. Thats why you see Marexaan to be abroad before all other tribes.PrinceOfDarwiishLand wrote:Why would you leave Xamar back in 1989? I thought it was stable?Did you knew, what others knew not?
