Anti Al-shabab demonstrations reported in Mogadishu, Somalia

Mogadishu young people on Sunday made anti Al shabaab-Somali transitional federal government demonstrations in the Somali capital Mogadishu.

Hundreds of Somali youth´s marched in the long street between KM4 and Benadir junctions as they were holding placecards and boards written with words expressing how they are against the continuing conflict in the horn of Africa nation for more than two decades.

The demonstrators were chanting slogans defying the young Somalis to be recruited by TFG or Al shabaab to stoke the ongoing violence in the capital.

Jama’a Sa’id Qorshel, one of the demonstrators, told the media that they started the protests and they will continue until they succeed as the Egyptians and Tunisians overcame their leaders.
