It is Dahabshiil and SL authority that are at the helm of Al-Shabaab and are using it to sabotage any kind of peace efforts in Southern and Central Somalia.

It is high time the world to understand that all of the terrorist activities against the PL State of Somalia originate from the terrorist State of Somaliland. All of the militia led by Atam that were battling against the Puntland State of Somalia took shelter in Somaliland and there are new reports that Somaliland is re-funding those terrorist activities again.

Somaliland has also attacked the peaceful communities in PL's Cayn region of Somalia just last week and after heroic efforts by the Dhulbahante community in Buuhoodle district, SL army's military aggression were repulsed and defeated.

All of the funding of USA and European governments towards Somaliland will be used to fund and sabotage the peaceful communities in Southern/Central Somalia and Puntland State of Somalia.
