In one sentence make your point, this country need a goverment and unity ather countries had big changes but looting and distraction is kept minimum if you look Masar people had a peaceful change and they kept their dignity and love of their country.

Because of Somalis themselves. Generally filled with cuqdad against anything but their own, just look at how minority tribes are treated.
